As a second generation Realtor®, Annie demonstrates a wealth of knowledge by adding new marketing perspectives to traditional Real Estate methods. Her systems for buying and selling homes, gives her clients a roadmap to great results. When listing a home, sellers learn what they can do to maximize the value each step of the way. In working with buyers, she evaluates four important factors while finding the perfect home at the perfect price. Annie spent three years training with MaxAvenue University- curriculum that teaches cutting edge marketing tactics and high level service to buyers and sellers.
She and her husband, Patrick, have two children. Aside from spending time with her family, she enjoys painting with oils, and pastels, and is a member of the Texas Pastel Society. She earned a BS in Integrated Marketing Communications with a support field in Art from Abilene Christian University.
